I saw that TD offer a secured credit card in the US, but I cannot find anything on their Canadian site. Does anybody know if TD offers secured cards in Canada?

I don’t think they offer secured credit cards in Canada. You can go to any branch and inquire. They have a bunch of Low Interest Credit Cards that you can look at. Emerald Flex rate card has a promotional rate of 6.49% for the first 6 months but comes with $25 annual fee.
